Unity Program at Upper Elementary School is a supportive and inclusive learning environment designed to meet the diverse needs of students who benefit from increased structure, individualized instruction, and personalized support. Rooted in evidence-based practices for Learning, the Unity Program empowers each student to grow academically, socially, and emotionally at their own pace, while honoring their unique strengths and potential.
Students in the Unity Program work within a small-group setting that fosters connection, predictability, and consistency. Instruction is tailored to individual learning profiles, with goals driven by student-centered data and IEPs. Our multidisciplinary team—including special educators, therapists, counselors, and paraprofessionals—collaborates closely to ensure students receive the tools and support needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
