Upper Elementary School

My name is Tina Zack and I have had the privilege of being a school nurse in the North Hanover School District since September 1999.

I received my Bachelor of Science from the School of Nursing at Trenton State College.    After thirteen years of helping sick and injured children get well, I decided that I wanted to be involved with keeping healthy kids healthy.  I attended Rowan University and obtained my Post Baccalaureate School Nurse Certification in December 1998. 

Although I have never served in the military, I am very proud to say that I come from a military family.  My father retired out of Ft. Dix after a 23 year career.  I know first hand many of the things your children are going through and I am here to help in whatever way I can.

I am married and my husband and I are the proud parents of two adult-aged “children” one son, one daughter: one in the medical field and one in education. I have been through the childhood illnesses, allergies, Emergency Department visits, sports injuries and the phone calls from the school nurse. I am happy to be able to pull from those experiences to assist me in my role as the school nurse here at the UES.
